Cost

  • All sessions with two or more people cost $225/session.

  • All individual sessions cost $180/session.

  • Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long.

Payment Information

  • Payment is due at the end of each session. You will be able to pay online via the online portal credit card processor. This online portal is known as TherapyNotes and is HIPAA compliant—-so your information is kept safe and confidential. 

  • I accept all major credit cards/debit cards, along with HSA accounts.

  • For those with any other insurance provider, I am out of network. If using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to mail to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. A superbill is a document that you can give to your insurance company to show proof of purchase of counseling sessions. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire more about out-of-network benefits.    

  • I have sliding scale spots available and I can navigate payment plans with folks as needed. To inquire more about this option, please contact me at drsievers@relatablecounselingcenter.com.

I don't accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, you can use the benefits checker, or their website listed above.

If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.
